Established in 1968 in the Western suburbs of Sydney, Action Workforce is the founding company of Ashley Services Group (ASX:ASH). Today, Action Workforce has expanded to become a major national supplier of labour hire and workforce solutions to the industrial sector employing ~4,000 labour hire workers per week with over 6 million labour hours charged per annum.

Our ability to adapt and change to meet the needs and requests of our clients has rewarded us with a proven track record in client acquisition and retention, where many of our client partners have worked with us for more than a decade.
